Locality: United States, Texas, Cameron, Near San Benito. Elev. 10 m.
Habitat: Known from S. Texas, a prostrate annual herb on open ground and clay banks, on a canal bank. Flowers axillary, small, pink-red, odorless; leaves oblong, small, somewhat succulent, green. Fruit a small capsule, bark pale green, roots fibrous. It occurs in clay ground, through the Lower Rio Grande Valley. Occasional.
Reproductive Condition: flowering + fruiting=mid
