Habitat: Alluvial slopes. Creosote Bush scrub with Larrea, Parthenium incanum, Agave lecheguilla, Setaria macrostachya, Sporobolus cryptandrus, Viguiera stenoloba, Porophyllum scoparium. etc. An uncommon perennial in a wash. White ray and yellow disk flowers.
Reproductive Condition: flowering + fruiting=mid
