Locality: United States, Texas, Calhoun, Just S of Seadrift, near San Antonio Bay, at intersection of E-W road with N-S road leading to Seadrift. Elev. 8 ft.
Habitat: Ditchbank at roadside. Gray-brown silty clay. This sp.-Iva annua complex. Shrubby perennial herb, 1.5-2 m. Basal diam., whole clump, 10 cm. Suckered from base, sparingly branched above. Fruits green, have resinous-rank odor of entire plant.
Phenology: flowering + fruiting=mid
