Locality: United States, Texas, BANDERA, Sabinal Canyon State Nat'l Area (now Lost Maples State Nat'l Area) in Sabinal River, ca. 100 ft. S of the confluence of the Sabinal River and Can Creek (see map on Herbarium sheet).
Habitat: Common perennial to 30 cm. With Platanus occidentalis, Juniperus ashei, Samolus parviflorus, and Salix nigra.
Reproductive Condition: flowering + fruting=mid
