Description:
Mesic etiolated annual; basal rosette leaves turning purple and withering early, up to 10-15 cm long, sinuately lobed; cauline leaves reduced; outer short involucral bracts reflexed; ligules white, rosy-tinged dorsally.

Flowering
Notes:
Growing up through rigid intricately branching small shrubs and not found in open. Annotation, L.D Gottlieb, 1999: !
