Soil characteristics: Duckston sand, 0 to 2 percent slope (365) - poorly drained sands in shallow depressions between coastal dunes and on nearly level flats between dunes and marshes. Associate plant species: Cyperus odoratus, Kosteletzkya virginica, Hibiscus grandiflorus, Toxicodendron radicans, Ampelopsis arborea, Sacciolepis striata, Mikania scandens, Vigna luteola. Rare.
