Locality: USA, Arizona, Maricopa, Tonto National Forest, north of paved road to Bartlett Lake, northwest of small basaltic peak, in large wash. Area burned recently; many dead Juniperus skeletons.

Associated Species: Acacia greggii, Senna covesii, Euphorbia polycarpa, Artemisia sp., Berberis haematocarpa, Acacia constricta, Krameria erecta, Lotus rigidus, Adenophyllum porophylloides, Bromus rubens
Description: Rare, along wash and elsewhere, never in large numbers. Erect-spreading annual. Glands tiny, green, 0.1 mm across. Appendages larger, 2 mm long and across, round/oval, reddish below. Fruit green, glabrous. Anthers yellow, paired, on long peduncle. Stigmas linear, 3 divided.
