Habitat: Alluvial slope among rocky (mostly granitic) hills; decomposed granite sand & gravel along large wash from east, bed open & washed over by flooding; edges with with Parkinsonia florida, Olneya, Senegalia, Bebbia, Psorothamnus spinosus, Marina parryi, Hyptis em., Ambrosia salsola, etc.
Description: Scarce prostrate annual in wash; fls. yellow. Scattered in wash.
Reproductive Condition: Flowering & Fruiting
